Accounts and billing
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Our plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee as described on our pricing page.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use TruSpyX to stalk, harass or harm any person, to violate privacy laws, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruSpyX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
